This I have learned well -- there's just not enough torque to loose traction on snowpack in a syncro unless you're in first and have a lead foot. (Please ignore the empirical Spirograph-like parking lot art near my apartment.)

I went to Pittsburgh on Sunday.. bad idea. Went in my friend's old Town Car ... worse idea. In hindsight, I'd have been happier in my syncro with the leaky water pump and expired plate. Not quite as plush, but a hell of a lot less squirrely. :)
