In my posting last night I quoted ver batum what Frank had said about motor mounts and possible selection of those. After reviewing my post I see that the intent was somewhat lost. It was my intention to suggest that some motor mounts from heavier domestic vehicles be included in your search for a solution. Almost every application for motor mounts represents passenger cars, I feel that the Vanagon / Westy falls into the area of trucks and might require a substantially more durable mount that can be found on 'Old Heavies' like Lincoln, Cadillacs, olds and a variety of trucks. There are also a nice selection of 3/4 ton Asian pickups that might offer durable mounting solutions.
