May take some ingenuity and a (possibly large) soldering iron to get inside far enough to unsolder the old bulbs and solder in new (with a very small iron). Definitely will take patience and methodical approach to disassembly/reassembly. If you don't like mechanical jigsaw puzzles you may not be happy doing this...
