Stan, the 86+ fuse block is a more modern design. You can't plug and
unplug individual wires like the old days. The wires almost all attach
to multi pin connector housings and each connector is keyed uniquely.
The 5 main connectors total over 100 pins. A connector can be loose or a
pin could have a bad connection but they can't be inadvertently plugged
in wrong.
