Ian - I don't think weasel is the applicable term here - the OWE you that money back as far as I'm concerned. They couldn't have done any "diagnostics" to charge a standard diagnostic fee because they already admitted they didn't have the tools to do so. What a load of crap.

Listen, if there isn't another trustable source in the area and you can make the trip to Port Huron go see Dieter at Hoffman Imports on Lapeer. He does a great job and is fair.
