I would suggest you starts your re-built tranny's life with Redline MT 90 for blood. It will take care of you for a long time. Change it out about every two years. A lot of people diasagree with this, but all oils, tranny oil included, are made from long chain molecules and over time they shear, and all gears and bearings wear, and the wear material adds to the mix to help grind more material, etc, etc, etc. Changing periodically gets rid of the debris, reduces the wear, and lengthens the life. Just plain good horse sense.
