Back in the days before the CHP could use radar, I had the pleasure
of finding out how fast their best would go.  He wrote the "E" ticket
for "147 and pulling away." I assumed that was because that was all the
faster his pursuit Mustang would go. He had nearly 20 miles to get it up
to speed... (I wasn't "fleeing." Just riding *really* fast. I didn't
even know he was there. If I'd been running from him, I would never have
found out how fast the pony car would go... The Honda tops out around 155.)
