Subject: Jiffy Lube weirdness...
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

The past couple of times I have gone to Jiffy Lube they have claimed to be out of the particular filter for my Vanagon.

Finally, one of the guys confessed they have had trouble with this type of vehicle and do not service it any more. I got this same story at two Jiffy Lubes so I don't think is because of the way I look.

Anyway, is there a policy that Jiffy Lube does not service Vanagons any more?

I don't really care as I drove two blocks and found a different chain to change the oil and they seemed far more knowledgeable anyway.

Larry.
