Amen, Stan.  But, the problem with this is that some poor schlemiel who is
staking claim to his share of the American Dream by humping tires could be
the one visiting the reconstructive surgeon.  Sometimes I think the
escalation of our litigiousness has to parallel the increase in the number of
fools allowed to run free in this country.
