It was mearly a suggestion, I have never used it nor heard of it til today. I remembered some on the list wanted to go to an aftermarket FI system and was passing on a link I ran into...

There are computer controlled distribltor replacements that would work with the system. I have often thought about adding it to give direct coil to plug firing to eliminate the distributor cap and rotor.

It has dual coils to give the plugs a hotter spark.

It would simply replace the current distributor cap. The rotor is replaced with a four slotted rotor. The control module would control the spark. I would leave the hall sensor in place to control the injectors. I also would like to change the injectors to fire only on the cylinder that is going to fire. That would increase fuel economy...
