#1) Pull the flywheel, install a flywheel O ring, Flywheel felt seal,
Pilot bearing and Front main seal. ($12.00) It is sometimes hard to get
the pilot bearing out ........... give it a try, if you need help post
again.
#2) Install a new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing. ($135.00)
Lube the throw out shaft bushings / bearings.
#3) In the bell housing, install a new starter pilot bushing if it didn't
come with a new one.( $1.00)
#4) Decide what grease you're going to run, it takes right at 1 gallon.
($18.00 - $40.00)
#5) Inspect and repack your CVs while you're half off with them. Grease
$8.00 or less.
That's it, just throw another $160.00 at the job and you should be done
for about 75K.
