Chris here is the translation as far as I can make it out with the help of Bablefish:

Two Person Front passengers seat for all T2/T3. Penalty (simple?) to install one-off production unused. Easily screw or weld. Comes with Orig. Support rod, seat belts and arm rest for door. Pick up only!!! Will Not Ship.

Sounds like Chris needs to buy a plane ticket :)
