Josh, it could be that when you installed the fuel lines you could have inadvertantly pulled a wire loose that is part of the ignition system. I have done this before on my '85. I would check for spark. If you have none then I would unplug your ignition module and plug it back in and also unplug your idle stabilizer and plug it back in. If this is the problem then the van should run. I have found that most of the time it is the idle stabilizer plugs. You bump up against them and they were not plugged in super tight from the last guy that messed with them. If the idle stabilizer plugs are not tight the van will not start. Hope this helps.
