The pin is tapered and comes out one way. I used a small drift and pounded the pin out. My 88 Digifant distributor had the trigger wheel attached to the shaft and would NOT come off. It was not easy, but I got the pin removed. If it does not come off one way try the other way. I put it on a vise just opened enought to be able to drive the pin out between the jaws. The distributor needs to be on a FIRM solid mount to drive the piun out. Robert |
