I'm sure everyone must know but just in case, one can highlight your first message then look them all over then hold the shift key down and click up to the message you want which will select the whole bunch up to that point, and then delete the whole bunch at one stroke rather than deleting one at a time. I too like to save some posting into my "Vanagon keepers" file and delete all those that do not interest me. Saves a lot of time. Other times I just scan messages one at a time-- if I have time.
