The fact is that for all campers, especially those well cared for and
upgraded blue book values are meaningless. Blue book is primarily a tool
used by banks who lend money on vehicles (and buyers who won't pay for
value.) Has anyone heard of a banker that will lend on the true value of a
vehicle? If you NEED to sell you may have to give in to blue book values,
but if you know the value then my experience is hold out for what you know
it is worth. I sold my last camper (A Lazy Daze) for more than I paid for it
and more than blue book, but I had to wait a year for the right buyer who
could see the value. All lookers low balled me. I regret selling it now. It
was a beauty.
