Even with the copious amount of HTML codes in your email, I will answer you anyway.

Buy them new from the VW dealer or get some 3/8 inch water pipe and have them welded to flat plates which you can then rivet or weld to your van. Don't be tempted to simply poke holes in the carpet. They are not adequate as bottom anchors especially in the event of a collision.
