Go ahead and laugh! I got my hand into one of those over head door springs that winds around a rod. It was a Saturday and the first Doctors office I came to was a urologist. The receptionist looked at the hand as I unwrapped it from a nasty red shop towel and said "OH my God!". The doctor heard this and came-a-running. The receptionist was giving me directions to a hospital miles away and the Good Doctor said "We better take care of that right here". I had him thrown in a few extra stitches while he was sewing me up and I've had a fantastic grip ever since.
