Jeff, if you install my relay kit and high wattage bulbs you will have 400 watts on high beam. You need a 15 amp fuse on the high beam circuit. See my <A HREF="http://members.aol.com/Fkc43/hdltrela.htm">Vanagon Headlamp Relay Upgrade</A> webpage.
