I say we lock them in a padded room and let them beat each other to death with toy plastic Bam Bam bats... Two men enter, one man leaves!

Seriously, I thought everyone who owned a van was supposed to be a dirt eating hippie. Where's the peace and love? Not that I don't find this ten times more entertaining. I mean, when was the last time someone responded with a heckle in short story form? All it was missing was, "It was a dark and stormy night..."

Assuming I didn't just raise the conversation threat level to Condition Chartreuse, can everyone just take a deep breath? These are just cars, unreliable ones at that. Threatening people with death over engine conversions, in email no less, when people face being blown to bits in other parts of the world just going to work or the airport, seems, how does one say it... childish and moronic and not necessarily in that order.
