When I had my Westy's windows tinted here in Virginia, they said that it wasn't legal to put limo
tint on non-commercial vehicles.  They also put a lighter tint on the front side windows and wind
wings and no tint on the windshield.  It still works very well and I haven't missed not having AC
except when the heater temp. control cable got kinked and I couldn't turn the heat down!

I believe I paid about $200 for this, but it's warranted for as long as I own the vehicle, it would
have taken me at least a whole weekend to do, and I probably wouldn't be anywhere near as happy
with the results if I did it myself.
