Valve speed? Collapsed lifter. Not an uncommon problem. Change the oil and filter, add a pint of Marvel Mystery Oil and drive it. It'll clear up. (BTW< if you have an orange filter on it that is directly contributing to the problem. Replace it with the proper Mann or Mahle filter and it will preclude its reoccurance. (In a pinch, the Purolator Pure One or NAPA Gold filter will work *almost* as well.
