I'm not sure how adding this cabinet would be an "upgrade" to a "westy", since it is 1-1/2" narrower and 10-1/2" shorter than the rear cabinet in a GL Camper. The rear shelf or A/C housing would need to be extended by 1-1/2" and the cabinet for the water tank by 10-1/2". My camper also has a molded filler plate on the A/C duct housing to fill in the gap left by the differences in cabinet size, since the same A/C duct housing is used on both camper models. You would need to find this part or a have the seller provide it since it is NLA from VW. I have a photo of this part here <http://home.earthlink.net/~tjhannink/photos/WH-200_Transmitter.jpg>. The device mounted to it is for my wireless headphones. IMHO, it would be simpler to cut a large side door in your existing cabinet and trim it out with nice edging if that's what you really wanted.
