Been here recently. Check a little website I made of the improvements I made: You will see on removal that the fridge needs to be tilted to get the vent pipes out. There is a point of interference between the pipes and the cabinet above the fridge. I cut a small piece of the plywood out while I had the fridge out to reduce this interference. Just used a coping saw and made sure not to take too much out to affect the strength of the structure too much. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of that.
