All, Yes, your engine coolant does warm up faster than your oil. There is a reason the factory designed the stock oil cooler the way they did. Installation is the same as installing the stock unit. Everything is in the same place. You just use the same hoses that go the the stock unit. Finally, is it worth the money? Absolutely. This is the most clever approach I have seen to the whole oil cooling problem. Oil is the lifeblood of your engine. The better you treat your oil the better it will treat you. Every other oil cooler I have ever seen involves a lot of extra plumbing, routing of lines, finding new locations for coolers, worrying about airflow. All of those problems are eliminated with this type of oil cooler. On the hotted up G60 Corrado I used to own I had a radiator-type oil cooler. I would never install something like that again if I didn't have to. Far too much work, worry and hassle. Keep it simple and do it the way the factory did. Just do it one better. Bruce
