The short answer is no. The Westy bench cushions are flat foam, same thickness over their whole area. The passenger seat cushions are very much thicker and wedge shaped. Even if you mounted them they would not be flat when the bed was made. Make some plywood to attach to the hinges. Then staple fabric over foam pads cut to fit the plywood.
