You can start the two bottom studs on the tranny to get alignment. Did you use a clutch alignment tool on the disk? Be careful not to let your tranny hang in the disk, it can bend the plate and you get to do it again. (it wouldn't turn at all. is this normal?) Got no idea why it wouldn't turn but you need to address that before you proceed.
