For financial reasons I must part with my dear friend: 1986 Vanagon Westfalia, full camper, AC (runs but needs charged/inspected), A/T, fridge, sink, and stove work. Runs good. Interior very good. exterior okay: the left rear bumper area got bent when I had a tire blow-out, and the front is a little wrinkled (all cosmetic) from when I gently rear-ended a Honda (from 10 feet the van looks very good). 220,000+ miles. Previous owner rebuilt at 175,000. Runs well and has always started even in the cold after sitting for weeks. New front brake calipers and rotors about 4,000miles ago as well as several other miscelaneous (wheel bearing, coolant pipe, tires, etc.) $3,500 obo I think this is a very fair price for a running, working, and presentable Westy that needs some TLC. I'm in Columbus, Ohio Please email. Thanks -- Eric B. Pickering, Ph.D. |
