t, my man, you can do what my buddy who taught me how to clean up a salvage title does. Find a van for sell with the same radio as yours. If it is at a lot, take it for a "test" drive and when you return you will have a replacement knob in your pocket. If a private owner is selling it, take along a buddy. Tell the owner you want your buddy to check the engine when you start it. Have your friend stand behind the van and yell something like "It's blowin' black smoke!". If that doesn't get the seller around to the assend of the van, have your buddy use the "Hey! It's puking coolant!" That one gets them every time. While the seller is franticly checking the engine, kife the knob.

Now that I've force you to endure my sense of humor, you can get serviceable replacements at Radio Shack. You have to buy them as an assortment and they aren't great quality, but they'll work.
