Subject: installing a jumpseat in a westy

Hullo all, I'm intalling a jumpseat in my westy. Suprisingly there isn't a step by step on jumpseat installation in the archives.

It's late night in the garage. I have the battery out (PITA). I was getting ready to drill the holes for the support bracket that attaches to the battery casing. Then I noticed the gas expansion/evaporation tank that sits under the passenger seat wheel well. How do you navigate that? Do you skip the bolt and drill in a self tapping screw? Any thoughts? Thanks, luke

you dont need these. you have a westy. it has a plywood (formica or rubber covered) subfloor. drill corresponding holes in the plywood where the nibs touch the floor and spend your time on something else :<) chris
