John,

I have been told that if one has problems with residual air in the clutch system form reg bleeding then reverse press bleeding (ie back up into the reservoir) usually fixes it. Explanation vague, maybe due to the bends and turns in the line that captures air pockets?

I never have had to do that, I have pressure bled (homemade jobby, fitted to reservoir) and I have used the "passive drip from slave nipple" when line was disconnected to slave but nothing more.

Alistair

PS if you do reverse press bleed it would be a good idea to flush the lines in the regular direction first)
