I put in a map light in my cigarette lighter.. and could smell burning electrical... then this metal shaving appeared from my steering wheel... after that horn started working when it felt like it... now it doesn't work...

what can I do... I'd like to be able to use the horn and have a map light in my cigarette lighter...
