Hey there,

First issue:  put the tranny in gear, hold one hub and
rotate the other.

Second issue:  Sounds like when you installed the
seals, one of the three shims fell out and you didn't
notice.  If its not turning, you have no end play and
the engine is locked.  FIX THIS FIRST!
