I heard if you put 0's in the empty places to make up the 18 units it will
work. But then again I heard that Santa Clause wasn't real and we all know
that isn't true.

carfax wont work on every vehicle either.. i tried to use carfax on a 80
westy and it wouldnt work because VW used a shorter VIN # back then and
apparently it wolt work with the carfax system.  i guess that makes all
'70's
on down VW's "un-carfaxable" too.
