Hmm, so I see mention of lots of folks needing a breaker bar to remove their lug nuts (or not as may be the case). I'm puzzled by this problem. Don't you folks use anti-seize on the threads? This is stuff intentionally designed so that you'll be able to get the nuts off when you need to. I was introduced to it decades ago by my brother and I've seen it used at the "performance" related tire stores (though some of the cheaper ones tend to not use it.)

I use it each time I pull a tire (except for when changing a flat as that's usually not in my driveway). Perhaps you folks don't pull your tires all that often either (rotation is necessary on Syncros so as to keep the spare tire evenly worn with the other tires.)
