hold the neck while unscrewing the cap. then pull out the extension. (yep there's a telescoping extension in there) might still have to use a small funnel. ps, if you use the filler cap to prop the lisc plate door open and it falls behind the bumper, try not to swear too much :<)

oh, and to answer your next question, the front washer bottle filler cap is under the left front carpet. your welcome :<)
