Mike,
There is a nice thread somewhere in the archives that will give you tips on
how to go about repairing those seams. Also, as for paint, I have used
www.paintscratch.com  and got a perfect color match spray paint for my 85
westy.They catalog colors by the number you will find under your drivers
side dash.
