Subject: Break drum removal suggestion
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

I was having a hard time removing the brake drum off of a Westy. This is not the first drum that I had to fight with but I tried all of the suggestions I could find in the archives and nothing seemed to satisfy this one. To get it off I bought a nifty tool. It is a slide hammer with what looks like a shovel blade with the end turned into a hook on the end. It cost less than what I could rent a drum puller for. I got mine off of ebay from s-ssales, but I am sure other people sell them.

Scot
