Unless you remove the side slider window frames you'll have a gap where there is no tint... its flat glass... so you could just have the glass replaced with tinted glass (not a film, but the glass itself...) but if you want to keep it as a slider.. then you'd have to fuss with the press down buttons...

Sputtered metal is better - thats what I have... but two layers of it would be darker...

I have Solargard in charcoal... which isn't purely sputtered... their Quantum is 100% sputtered... and maybe it would be a better color/tone??? The charcoal is alright... but overall I'd rather have tinted glass itself and not the film, though I could see using a film tint for the far rear because of the defrost.. and the front sides because of the curve...

Sputtered will not turn purple..... its dyed film that does that... sputtered is little bits of metal imbedded in the film... your aluminum cookpans don't turn blue... neither will your sputtered tint... >From: Lee Roesner <paradigm@ALLEGRAPRINTING.COM> > >Can anyone out there recommend a tinting service and or tinting >brand/products to use.
