3M makes a great product that I use for my westy top. It's called "Fiberglass Cleaner & Restorer" or some such twist on wording. It comes in a plastic bottle and you can find it at West Marine, or any marine store. Make sure you take the time to mask off with tape the black rubber moulding around the top before you use it (or any cleaner you rub in). The instant you hit that black strip with the rag you will smear black crud all over the place.
