Very dark blue...but the gear lube is quite thick. Took a good hour to fill my tranny via "gravity" thru a 3/4" hose recently. Not the least bit "thin" and runny.

Swepco oil is blue. I don't know of any other gear oil that is blue. But what I don't know would fill the Grand Canyon;-)
