Motorworks emerges from Chapter 11 reorganization February 28, 2003 Rocky Mountain Motorworks, the world™s leading supplier of parts and accessories for Volkswagens emerged from Chapter 11 protection on February 27, 2003 after their reorganization plan was overwhelmingly approved. The plan includes Motorworks selling its 40,000 square foot distribution center in Woodland Park, Colorado with all equity applied to creditors. Motorworks will occupy their facility until the building sells then move to a

leased facility in Colorado Springs. The move will not occur before the August 9, 2003 Motorworks Pikes Peak Rally and Car Show. President and founder, Christian Nowak is grateful and optimistic of the company™s fresh start stating, œOur successful reorganization is credited to

our hardworking loyal employees and the overwhelming support we™ve received from customers and suppliers. Business is already ramping up as the company experienced an improved December when industry sales were sagging. The company forecasts continued sales improvement with its renewed focus on internet marketing from their all new web site unveiling March 14th at motorworks.com.
