I looked and you were right about what the Bentley says on 28.41. However it is wrong. The 022 and 022A (I have never seen an A) were for the older vans (from 86-89ish) and the 022D is the latest and the greatest. Not the first time Bentley would be wrong.

Hey, Ken,

I'm not trying to nitpick, but I'm confused. On 28.41 Bentley manual says that 025 906 022D is the older part number and that either 022 or 022A are the "new" ones. The alphabetic issue alone has me wondering, but at this point I'd put nothing by those VW engineers.

Is there any difference beyond the removable EPROM? Is Bentley wrong?

Thanks, MB -- _______________________________________________________________________ Mark Belanger - belanger@fluid.com
