actually mine and lister matt pollard's are the only '84 wolfy passenger vans ive ever seen w/ sunroofs.. (well, i havent seen his, i just know he had one) sunroofs probably more popular option in CA. a/c and or sunroof was an option just like on every passenger van till '87. Mine is the only one i've seen with sunroof AND the front overhead a/c (A/C was installed at the POE as opposed to delivery at dealership). most people dont know that all vanagons shipped over here prior to '86 had dealer or POE installed a/c - they came over on the boat without it. the '84 wolfy pass vans came in 2 colors, dark (non metallic) navy blue and the more popular dove blue metallic. all had that sh*tty blue cord like Mark D. said. and like the '84 2-tone brown/tan wolfy full campers, they had a tach/digi clock, newer dash pad and power steering. pretty much everything '85's got, but one year early. they also had rear hatch screens and snap in curtains in addition to the westy screened side windows. And the padded horn button.. never saw the point in that (they just covered the vw symbol up) chris '84 wolfy sunroof w/ ac '86 westyGL '80 Westy FS!
