They are all European fittings, just like the a/c system. Hard to find a shop in the U.S. that will deal with them. It's almost easier to convert to manual steering. Just bolt on a manual steering rack, and get a large diameter steering wheel from an earlier vanagon. Increase the air pressure in the front tires for easier steering. Guess that's the reason Tiico fabricated their own alternator brackets so you can use the stock p/s hoses. I'm not personally familiar with the Tiico, so I might be incorrect about that.
