I have these for $199.  Probably why these other two folks are
backordered is that our supplier for these AFMs has just upped the
price to us by about double.  So they are probably waiting to get their
new load which will be more expensive or trying to find another
supplier who is cheaper.  Even at $199 these are cheap for a brand new
unit with the VW and Bosch emblems on them.  I think they list for over
$500.  I have a few left at this price and then I'll probably have to
start selling them for more as our cheap supplier says he has dried
up.  I am in NJ too so overnight shipping is $6.
