It's been a long couple of days..

So, I have oil pressure, I have a new coil. The wires are sparking. The engine isn't starting.

I've taken the plugs out, disconnected hoses from the intake air distributor to let it dry out, disabled the cold start valve, everything I could think of, it just won't fire.

Before the CSV was disconnected, it was sort of sputtering, but more like backfiring. To the point that it blew one of the intake pipe boots off the pipe. White smoke from the exhaust, and from the intake distributor when it backfires, but nothing more.

If any of you very knowledgeable people can suggest some more things to try, I'm all ears (eyes). I'm starting to run out of ideas.

Thanks, Anthony '80 Camper "Badunkadunk" http://travelinvan.com
