Is it possible to cut down on RPM? Also I have noticed an increase of RPM @ lower speeds, I used to be able to go 70 in 3rd gear. Now I can only get to 60 before the engine cuts back. What would be causing this? Also is it possible to make some vanagon modifications that would reduce some of my RPM while driving?

Thanks, Nick
