Coffee mill, small blender (margarita time!), BBQ rotisserie, my
really fast air mattress inflator, electric food slicer (in case of abalone),
battery charger for my camera, soldering iron...

I installed a second battery (deep cycle) to handle "camping loads"
without worry about killing off the starting battery.
At full 350 watt capacity I would only have enough battery capacity
for about 1 hour of safe use, but most of the "heavy current draw"
appliances (blender, coffee mill) only get used for a minute or two
at a time. The BBQ rotisserie often runs for many hours at a time
but doesn't draw much juice.

In practice I can run lots of 12 volt fluorescent lighting and the
kitchen appliances whenever I need them and get through a
4-5 day camping trip with *plenty* of power to spare.
