agreed ! definitely call around and back and play them against each other. mine was 120 installed in my driveway after I cracked the one I got from Chris Jordan trying to install it. However, mentioned earlier (read many years ago) on the list - it is actually better to take it to the shop for replacement because the experienced guys stay in the shop and the "kids" run around town in the van to do installs. my 2 cents, worth what you paid for it...

The places I called around to had either a blue tinted one or a green tinted one. I believe the green one was much cheaper than the blue, or vice versa. Local glass companies will always try to beat the other places prices, too. So bargaining is always useful. ds At 08:45 3/26/2003 -0500, Finn Runyon wrote: >My 87 failed the NJ inspection for a crack in the windshield. Does anyone >have a preference for replacement?
